A large part of the success of our ministries at Grace relies on people getting involved and using the talents and gifts that God has given them. Every person has a talent, and every Christian has been given a spiritual gift, and God wants to work through them for the purposes of His ministry where He has planted you. At Grace, we don't want to put "warm-bodies" in positions they don't want to be in. This is why we strive to place people in ministries and teams that fit and empower them.
