Calendar & Facility Usage

View the online church calendar to see weekly events and group rentals scheduled for this year: Grace Church Calendar 

New events and rentals are added to the calendar upon approval. Individual months can be printed off for personal use.
To rent out the fellowship hall / gym, sanctuary, or a classroom, please print off and fill out the form below. Return completed forms, and any payment owed, to the church office. You'll be notified by email when your request has been approved.

Monthly Reminders

Operation Christmas Child:
During the month of May Grace will be collecting toys for girls (dolls, jump ropes, jacks, puzzles, stickers, sun glasses, stuffed animals, etc.). Place donations in the designated box in the foyer. 
C.A.L.L. Ministries:
During the month of May they are in need of foods that kids can prepare and like. Place donations in the designated box in the foyer.

Special AnnouncEments


Heeb Studios recital will be on May 17 at 6 pm.  All are invited to attend.

The last Family Night will be Wednesday, May 20.  However, all school-age kids (1st thru 12th grade), will meet from 6-7 pm throughout the summer.  Contact Peter Heindel with any questions.

GraceLand Preschool is looking for an aide in classroom on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning from 8:30-11:30 am.  See someone from the Preschool Board if interested (Lisa Tobin, Sandy Staugler, Ann Wott, or Pastor Shawn).
 
If you are wanting to go to Charlotte, North Carolina, for the Great Lakes Missions Trips for Operation Christmas Child, registration packets are at the Welcome Center.  The dates for this year's trip are November 30-December 5.  If you have any questions, please see Larry & Kim Eversman, or Allen & Mary Heindel.
