The Accountability

It's vital that a healthy relationship exists between the leaders of a church and the people they're leading. Their relationship must include trust, respect, unity, and service that's mutual. Another must is mutual accountability; such accountability strengthens and maintains the trust, respect, unity, and service that exists between the leaders and the church.

When it comes to mutual accountability, both leaders and the church are accountable to God, accountable to each other, and accountable among themselves. This message explores each of these.
